WHISPERING WOODS SPA, LLC a legal entity of TAILS OF THE ROCKIES, LLC, is not responsible for loss of property or livelihood due to product malfunction.  It is the Sole Responsibility of the end User to determine safety and suitability of any Whispering Woods Spa Products.  The end User must inspect these products periodically to determine the ongoing safety and integrity of any products used.

 

3. Security

Your on-line shopping is secure with Whispering Woods Spa, LLC.   We use PayPal, which is part of EBay.  All customer information is kept private for the use of business transactions between Tails of the Rockies, LLC and you.  We do not share, sell, nor exchange customer data.

 

4. Credit Card Orders Online

 

Through PayPal we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  We use the most efficient shipping method depending upon the contents of your order.  Unless otherwise noted we are able to ship available on-line purchases within 2-3 business days.  We will inform you of out-of stock items or other delays.

 

5. Phone and Mail-In-Orders

 

We accept credit cards for phone orders, contact us and we would be happy to assist you with your order.  For mail in orders, checks and money orders are accepted please make funds payable to: Whispering Woods Spa, LLC.  Orders paid by check will ship upon verification of funds.

 

6. Shipping and Handling

 

Once your order has been received by us,  will attempt to ship your order out within 5  business days if it is received before 3 P.M. Mountain Time.  The exception would be any custom and handcrafted items, or items that are out of stock or on backorder.  If an item is out of stock or on backorder we will notify you via email or phone.   For information on specific shipping rates please refer to the Shipping Rates Page.  Tails of the Rockies accepts orders online 24 hours a day.  

 

7. Privacy

Whispering Woods Spa, LLC we respect your privacy. We will not provide any personal or financial information about our customers to any third party not affiliated with your transaction.

 

8. Return Policy

Our goal is always complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

Please notify us within 10 days of receipt of the product and we can issue a full refund or credit.  We will refund your credit card for the full price of the products purchased under the following circumstances:

Product was received damaged or defective, an incorrect item was shipped, product does not meet your expectations.

 

Credits and refunds must be processed within 30 days of the sale.

If your return was the result of an error on our part, we will also provide free return shipping.  If your return is not the result of an error on our part, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the credit or refund.  Once we have received the returned product we will then ship your new product out to you.

Select products are available at wholesale for companies with a valid tax i.d.  Please contact us directly on products of interest.
